The Mouse Deer and Crocodile

       One day, The Mouse Deer is running-road in the woods to search for the meal. Because food in his home region has diminished. Mouse Deer went to find out, maybe could find food to fill a hungry stomach.

       Unexpectedly, it was raining very heavy. Mouse Deer was sheltering under a large tree to avoid the rain. While waiting for the rain to stop. It turns out that the rain really eased when almost dusk. Mouse Deer decided to go home.

      Arriving at the river bank, the mouse deer was shocked. Apparently, the only bridge that connects two forests highway broke. "Well.....,how it this ? This is definitely due to heavy rain earlier,"complained Mouse Deer.

      The next time, the group met a buffalo who eventually participate. Similarly, when they met an elephant. Thus, ten of them marched hand in hand followed the mouse deer and they finally got to the lake intended. What a number of fish that successfully arrested.

Anna decides to search for her brother and fix the problems that occur in Arendelle. He also commissioned the Prince Hans to take care of the kingdom.

    In the course of searching for Elsa, Anna met Kristoff. Anna heard that Kristoff know where North Mountain so he asked him to help her to the North Mountain and look for Elsa.     After learning Anna is very weak and cold as frozen heart, Hans wanted to kill Elsa that blizzard in Arendelle stopped and he acted like a hero. Anna shivering in the palace and Olaf came to help him. Olaf tells Anna that Kristoff actually love Anna. Anna was rushed out of the palace helped Olaf to see Kristoff.

    Meanwhile, Hans managed to find Elsa and deceptive Elsa that Anna is dead. On the way to see Kristoff, Anna saw that Hans would kill Elsa with his sword. Hans and his blocking Anna was instantly froze into ice. Hans sword broke and fell and fainted.

     Elsa realized that Anna is dead. She cried for Anna, but suddenly the ice that surrounds the body of Anna melt. Kristoff, Olaf, and people Arendelle watch that measures true love Anna turn back.

     With love, Elsa was can lift the winter of Arendelle. True love between brother and sister. Finally, they also play ice skating outside the palace Arendelle happily.

On 26 October 2011, Rhythmix announced that they would change their name following a dispute with a Brighton-based children's music charity of the same name, after the programme tried to trademark "Rhythmix". A spokesman for The X Factor said, "At the request of the charity Rhythmix, the members of the girl group Rhythmix have decided to change their name, a decision which has the support of Syco and TalkbackTHAMES." It was reported that the group decided to make the change, with no legal requirement to do so, to avoid any difficulties for the charity. On 28 October 2011, it was announced that the group's new name would be "Little Mix". On 20 November 2011, Little Mix became the first girl group in the show's eight-year history to progress past the seventh live show. The previous longest-surviving girl groups were The Conway Sisters (series 2) and Hope (series 4), who had both lasted until week 7. Through the remaining course of the competition the group generally received positive feedback. During the semi-final stage of the show, Little Mix performed The Supremes's You Keep Me Hangin' On as well as Beyoncé’s hit If I Were a Boy. Their performance of You Keep Me Hangin' On received mostly negative feedback from the judges with Louis Walsh stating that they "lost their mojo" and Kelly Rowland telling the girl group she seen them do "better vocal performances." Their second performance of the night, If I Were A Boy, was generally acclaimed by the judges with Walsh telling them they have "amazing potential" and calling them the "next big girl band." Their performance of You Keep Me Hangin' On received mostly negative feedback from the judges with Louis Walsh stating that they "lost their mojo" and Kelly Rowland telling the girl group she seen them do "better vocal performances." Their second performance of the night, If I Were A Boy, was generally acclaimed by the judges with Walsh telling them they have "amazing potential" and calling them the "next big girl band." Rowland also told them they could be "incredibly dynamic" and "change the world" when they find the strength within each other. The group advanced through to the final live shows along with Marcus Collins and Amelia Lily following the public vote.

On 11 December, Little Mix were announced as the winners, the first-ever group to win. Their winner's single was a cover of Damien Rice's song "Cannonball", which was released via digital download on 11 December 2011, and on CD on 14 December 2011. The Xtra Factor: The Winner's Story was shown on ITV2 on 17 December 2011. Their debut single topped the UK Singles Chart on 18 December 2011. They made the Christmas number one spot on the Irish Singles Chart, beating novelty songs by The Saw Doctors and Ryan Sheridan.

Conditional sentence adalah complex sentence (kalimat majemuk) yang dibentuk dari subordinate clause yang diawali dengan subordinate conjunction if berupa condition (syarat) dan main clause berupa result/consequence (hasil).


Ada 4 tipe conditional sentence yang biasa digunakan, yaitu: tipe 1, tipe 2, tipe 3, dan tipe 0. Condition pada conditional sentence tipe 1 mungkin dipenuhi, tipe 2 tidak atau hampir tidak mungkin dipenuhi, tipe 3 tidak mungkin dipenuhi (unreal), sedangkan tipe 0 selalu terwujud karena merupakan scientific fact/kebenaran ilmiah.

“Efektifitas Kinerja dan Perancanaan Kinerja”

Manajemen kinerja juga merupakan instrument untuk mendapatkan hasil-hasil yang lebih baik dari organisasi, tim dan para individu dengan mengelola kinerja sesuai dengan tujuan, sasaran dan standar yang telah disepakati bersama. Manajemen kinerja sebagai proses komunikasi yang berkelanjut antara atasan dan bawahan untuk memperjelas dan menyepakati fungsi pokok pekerjaan bawahan dan pelaksanaannya guna berkontribusi mencapai tujuan organisasi, manajemen kinerja bukanlah proses satu arah dari atas kebawah, melainkan proses interaktif dimana terjadi dialog dan diskusi antara atasan dan bawahan berkenaan dengan target pekerjaan bawahan.

Untuk itu, manajemen kinerja memiliki lima komponen sebagai berikut :

1. Perencanaan kerja dimana atasan dan bawahan berupaya merumuskan, memahami dan menyepakati target kinerja bawahan dalam rangka mengoptimalkan kontribusinya terhadap mencapaian tujuan-tujuan organisasi;
2. Komunikasi berkelanjutan antara atasan dan bawahan guna memastikan bahwa apa yang telah, sedang dan akan dilakukan bawahan mengarah pada target kinerjanya sesuai dengan kesepakatan kedua belah pihak, serta guna mengantisipasi segala persoalan yang mungkin timbul;
3. Pengumpulan data dan informasi oleh masing-masing pihak sebagai bukti pendukung realisasi kinerja bawahan. Pengumpulan dapat dilakukan melalui formulir penilaian kinerja, observasi langsung maupun tanya jawab dengan pihak-pihak terkait;
4. Pertemuan tatap muka antara atasan dan bawahan untu mengkaji bukti-bukti otentik kinerja bawahan diklarifikasi, didiskusikan dan disimpulkan bersama sebagai kinerja bawahan pada periode tertentu;
5. Diagnosis berbagai hambatan efektivitas kinerja bawahan dan tindak lanjut bimbingan yang dapat dilakukan atasan untuk menyingkirkan hambatan-ambatan tadi guna meningkatkan kinerja bawahan.

Manajemen kinerja efektif hendaknya memenuhi syarat syarat berikut :

1. Relevance, hal hal atau faktor- faktor yang diukur adalah yang relevan (terkait dengan pekerjaannya, apakah itu output-nya, prosesnya atau input-nya;
2. Sensitivity, sistem yang digunakan harus cukup peka untuk membedakan antara karyawan yang berprestasi dan tidak berprestasi;
3. Reliability, sistem yang digunakan harus dapat diandallkan, dipercaya bahwa mengunakan tolok ukur yang objektif, akurat, konsisten dan stabil;
4. Acceptability, sistem yang digunakan harus dapat dimengerti dan diterima oleh karyawan yang menjadi penilai ataupun yang dinilai dan memfasilitasi, komunikasi aktif dan konstruktif antara keduanya;
5. Practicality, semua instrument, misalnya formulir yang digunakan harus mudah digunakan oleh kedua pihak, tidak rumit dan berbelit belit.

Adapun menurut Budi W. Soetjipto (2006 : 29 ) secara umum implementasi manajemen kinerja yang efektif mampu :

1. Mengkoordinasikan unit-unit kerja yang ada di dalam organisasi;
2. Mengidentifikasikan dan mendokumentasikan berbagai hambatan dan permasalahan kinerja;
3. Menjadi landasan pengambilan keputusan di bidang SDM;
4. Menjadi alat untuk mengefektifkan pengelolaan SDM;
5. Menumbuhkembangkan kerjasama antara atasan dengan bawahannya;
6. Menjadi wahana penyampaian umpan balik secara regular kepada bawahan;
7. Meminimalkan kesalahan dan meniadakan kesalahan berulang

Kriteria efektifitas merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Bahkan jika kriteria yang diusulkan sejauh ini dianggap obyektif sifatnya, perlu kiranya dilakukan analisis atau telaah, kriteria efektivitas yang digunakan adalah:

·  Pengarahan: menetapkan tujuan, perencanaan jangka panjang dan jangka pendek; kewirausahaan dan investasi yang dapat dipercaya dalam perusahaan-perusahaan komersial; merencanakan struktur organisasi yang tepat; memelihara citra positif perusahaan. Diukur atau ditunjukkan dengan: tingkat tujuan yang dicapai – adanya tinjauan strategi ke masa depan, keberhasilan inovasi, profitabilitas, nilai saham yang tinggi, dan sebagainya. Kenyataan memperlihatkan bahwa banyak dari indikator tersebut memberikan alasan yang entah favorabel atau tidak, sangat di luar pengendalian organisasi, dan indikator-indikator tersebut tidak selalu merupakan akibat dari efektivitasnya.

·      Delegasi: motivasi dengan mendorong diambilnya keputusan yang dipertimbangkan dengan baik yang mengarah kepada tindakan. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa manajer memihki wewenang yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya Diukur atau ditunjukkan dengan: luasnya wewenang yang didelegasikan, dan apakah hal itu dianggap tepat oleh bawahan, tingkat dorongan dari atas.

·     Pertanggungjawaban: pengertian yang jelas mengenai siapa bertanggung jawab terhadap apa, tanpa ada kesenjangan di antara sejumlah pertanggungjawaban Diukur atau ditunjukkan dengan seberapa jauh atasan memahami bahwa pertanggungjawaban dilaksanakan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan.

·        Pengendalian: mengawasi kinerja yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan dan standar Diukur atau ditunjukkan dengan: daftar tugas, seperti penggunaan sumber daya, banyaknya produk yang ditolak, kualitas layanan dan sebagainya. Mungkin juga meliputi pengukuran terhadap perilaku atau moral.

·     Efisiens: penggunaan optimum dari sumber daya dan pencapaian terhadap tingkat output yang direncanakan dengan biaya minimum. Diukur atau ditunjukkan dengan rasio input-output.

·    Koordinasi: mengintegrasikan aktivitas dan kontribusi dari bagian-bagian yang berlainan dalam perusahaan. Diukur atau ditunjukkan dengan: hubungan yang mendukung di antara unit-unit yang saling tergantung, tingkat gangguan aliran aktivitas. Mungkin juga meliputi tingkat persediaan, pengantaran, dan sebagainya.

·         Adaptasi: kemampuan untuk menanggapi perubahan lingkungan, kecakapan untuk membuat inovasi dan memecahkan masalah. Diukur atau ditunjukkan dengan: perubahan-perubahan dalam pangsa pasar dan laju perkembangan produk baru yang berhasil. Mungkin juga meliputi solusi kreatif terhadap berbagai masalah ataupun perkembangan praktek-praktek yang mengalami perbaikan.

·         Sistem sosial dan harapan perorangan: memelihara sistem sosial, hubungan dan keadaan tenaga kerja supaya perusahaan mendapatkan komitmen dari karyawan. Diukur atau ditunjukkan dengan: laporan penilaian kerja, survai perilaku, tingkat ketidakhadiran, pergantian staf, dan sebagainya.

Pemahaman Balanced Scorecard dan Penerapan pada Organisasi Perusahaan

Pemahaman balanched scorecard itu suatu alat analisis yang digunakan pihak internal perusahaan untuk pengukuran kinerja. Balanched scorecard itu akan memberikan gambaran kinerja secara komprehensif dan berimbang dengan menggunakan empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses internal bisnis, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Keempat perspektif tersebut sangat mempengaruhi satu sama lainnya.

Perencanaan Kinerja

Dalam manajemen, perencanaan adalah proses mendefinisikan tujuan organisasi, membuat strategi untuk mencapai tujuan itu, dan mengembangkan rencana aktivitas kerja organisasi. Perencanaan merupakan proses terpenting dari semua fungsi manajemen karena tanpa perencanaan fungsi-fungsi lain pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengontrolan tak akan dapat berjalan.

Kinerja dalam organisasi merupakan jawaban dari berhasil atau tidaknya tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan.Para atasan atau manajer sering tidak memperhatikan kecuali sudah amat buruk atau segala sesuatu jadi serba salah.Terlalu sering manajer tidak mengetahui betapa buruknya kinerja telah merosot sehingga perusahaan / instansi menghadapi krisis yang serius.Kesan – kesan buruk organisasi yang mendalam berakibat dan mengabaikan tanda – tanda peringatan adanya kinerja yang merosot.

Perencanaan kinerja merupakan proses penyusunan rencana kinerja sebagai penjabaran dari sasaran dan program yang telah ditetapkan dalam rencana strategik, yang dilaksanakan oleh instansi pemerintah melalui berbagai kegiatan tahunan. didalam rencana kinerja ditetapkan rencana capaian kinerja tahunan untuk seluruh indikator kinerja yang ada pada tingkat sasaran dan kegiatan.penyusunan rencana kinerja dilakukan seiring dengan agenda penyusunan dan kebijakan anggaran, serta merupakan komitmen bagi instansi untuk mencapainya dalam tahun tertentu.

Pentingnya Peran Visi dan Misi

Dalam hal pencapaian suatu tujuan di perlukan suatu perencanaan dan tindakan nyata untuk dapat mewujudkannya, secara umum bisa di katakan bahwa visi dan misi adalah suatu konsep perencanaan yang disertai dengan tindakan sesuai dengan apa yang di rencanakan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan.

Adanya visi dan misi merupakan syarat wajib bagi sebuah perusahan atau organisasi. Setiap perusahaan memiliki visi dan misi yang berbeda, semua tergantung tujuan yang akan dicapai oleh masing – masing perusahaan. Biasanya visi dan misi dibuat saat perusahaan sedang akan dibangun, karena visi dan misi perusahaan menjadi landasan dasar bagi sebuah perusahaan. Oleh karena itu tak perlu ditanyakan lagi, bahwa peranan visi dan misi perusahaan sangatlah penting.

Istilah visi berasal dari kata vision yang berasal dari bahasa Inggris yang memiliki arti penglihatan. Bisa diartikan yang dimaksud visi adalah sebuah pandangan tentang tujuan jangka panjang perusahaan atau rencana yang akan dicapai oleh suatu perusahaan. Visi biasanya berisi pernyataan yang singkat dan jelas, namun bisa mencakup semua tujuan dan cita – cita perusahaan.

Sedangkan misi adalah kegiatan atau aktifitas yang mengarahkan perusahaan anda pada tujuan yang menjadi impian perusahaan tersebut.Jadi bisa dikatakan bahwa misi adalah kegiatan atau aktivitas yang dilakukan untuk mendukung perusahaan hingga mencapai tujuannnya.

Tujuan penetapan visi perusahaan,yaitu:

·         Mencerminkan sesuatu yang akan dicapai perusahaan.

·         Memiliki orientasi pada mas adepan perusahaan.

·          Menimbulkan komitmen tinggi dari seluruh jajaran dan lingkungan perusahaa

·          Menentukan arah dan fokus strategi perusahaan yang jelas

·         Menjamin kesinambungan kepemimpinan organisasi perusahaan

Syarat dan Kriteria Visi Perusahaan:

·         Dapat dibayangkan oleh seluruh jajaran organisasi perusahaan

·         Dapat dikomunikasikan dan dapat dimengerti oleh seluruh jajaran organisasi perusahaan

·         Berwawasan jangka panjang dan tidak mengabaikan perkembangan zaman

·         Memiliki nilai yang memang diinginkan oleh anggota organisasi perusahaan

·          Terfokus pada permasalahnan instansi perusahaan agar dapat beroperasi

Cara Merumuskan Misi Perusahaan:

Ø  Melibatkan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan

Ø  Menyelaraskan kegiatan proses utama dengan sumber daya yang ada, untuk memeungkinkan perusahaan melaksanakan kegiatannya lebih baik dan dengan seefesien mungkin

Ø  Menentukan lingkungan yang sangat berguna untuk menentukan apakah misi organisasi perusahaan tidak bertentangan secara internal dan eksternal

Fungsi Misi:

Ø  Memberikan arah usaha

Ø  Memfokuskan langkah-langkah yang akan diambil

Ø  Objektif, target dan program perusahaan dirancang berdasarkan misi yang suadah dibentuk

Ø  Membimbing aksi dalam berbagai tingkat

Ø  Membantu mencegah karyawan agar tidak salah melangkah
